Anyone else just dealt with the local санэпидстанция? It's always an adventure. Needed to get some papers for the new cafe and let me tell you, it's a whole unique experience. The inspector was super thorough, which I guess is reassuring, but geez the paperwork is something else. Pro tip: triple-check your sanitation log before you go, it'll make life easier! At the end of the day, mission accomplished. Fingers crossed it's smooth for a few years now.
