Anyone else just had a run-in with the local санэпидстанция? A buddy's small restaurant had a routine inspection the other day. Turns out it's always the smallest things you never think about. Luckily everything was fine, but the anxiety was real. Makes you think, are they always this thorough? Props to all the food service folks navigating that. Any similar experiences? Would love to hear it's universal.
